Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns and issue replacements for faulty items, however we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for used or damaged items. 

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, must be unused, in original condition and packaging. we recommend that you check our product information in each product detail page before placing an order. Please drop us a note at help@ksisters.sg for any return and exchanges.
